i found the location excellent for exploring the city. the harbour view from my room was excellent (especially at sunset!). the staff were consistently helpful and professional .
The parking arrangement, while available, was not ideally located. It required a short walk to reach the main entrance.

the staff was helpful. the location is central and close to the cbd. the room had everything i needed for a great stay. i opted out of room service to help the kiwi.
my comfortable room requires updating. it has a strange layout with a window from the bedroom to the bathroom. i booked a harbour view room and was disappointed to get a partially obstructed view. no alternative was available unless i paid for an upgrade.

The location is close to the waterfront and city centre. The room featured two beds separated by the bathroom, with a sense of privacy. A very comfortable bed and a amazing view were included. The bathroom looked clean and tidy. I found the staff helpful.
The parking felt expensive upon arrival, and i was asked for a bond during check-in without prior notice.
